At Big Z Fabric, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, uncut condition. Please note that custom-cut fabrics and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return authorization request within 30 days of receiving your order.
Prepare the Package
Carefully fold and pack the uncut fabric in its original packaging, ensuring the return authorization slip is included inside the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned material for quality and length, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
